只今、日本に帰国中

新緑がなんとも美しいし、やっぱりいいなあ。

でも震災後の社会変化とかエネルギー問題などは、やはり気になります。

どこにいようとも、小さくとも、毎日の暮らしの中でもできることを忘れずに丁寧に生活しなければ！！！

冷凍しておいてもらった筍ご飯を早速、楽しみました。おせんべいやお味噌汁

梅干など素朴なおいしさにいちいち感動してます（笑）

食材そのものが繊細で美味なんだもん！！

dim sum

i like dim sum.
i had dinner at the chinese restaurant called bamboo basket.
each meal is small-bitten sized.
so we can enjoy different types of dim sum!!
i had a good appetite tonight

i had a cup of cupciino for free!!
the coffee art was really nice.

we ate sushi rolls!but we orderd omelete rice and teriyaki salmon again!
oooh heavy stamach
my appetite is endless in Autumn season.
i really miss japanese food!!!

what a lovely sunday afternoon.i had a good time with my friend.

it was a perfect sunny day to go on a picnic .

we enjoyed a cup of coffee and some bananacakes and took a nap on the grass.

insatiable appetite

today i bought an italian bread called ciabatta at the market.
it means slipper in italian.
ciabbata has moist crumb and a crisp crust.

it was perfect to serve with fresh vegetables!!

so i geilled some fresh vegetables and cooked salad
for the dinner.
